TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE GREENS DURING COVID-19 1. All bowlers must be fully paid members of the club. 2. Greens will be open from 1100-2000HRS every day. 3. Bookings to be made only by texting Ric on 07816 654497 4. All free times can be found at http://www.sirjohnbayleybc.co.uk/ under Green booking Calendar for Practice (During Covid-19 Outbreak), at the bottom of the home page. 5. Only one, 50 minute booking per person per day can be made, for a max 5 times a week. You must arrive on the hour and depart from the club premises after 50 minutes. 6. The top car park will remain locked and you must enter the greens by the front car park. 7. Hand sanitizer will be available by the gate on the bottom green. 8. When making a booking we will require the names of all the players who will be playing. This will be seen as booking for the other players. 9. Maximum of 6 people allowed on the green at any one time 10. Groups should be limited to a maximum of 3 groups (total 6 people) I. Example 1 family group of 3 and 1 group of 2 II. Example 2 Family group of 3 plus one from outside family group, one other group of 2 (Maximum 6 people) 11. Groups should maintain social distancing and keep up to 4 meters between groups. 12. Bowlers are to avoid touching hard surfaces, i.e. handrails etc. 13. Bowlers should not use the upturned benches. 14. Strictly no spectators at any time. 15. Under 18’s and over 70’s can only bowl with members from their own household or one person from outside their household. 16. All bowlers are to provide their own equipment, including jacks and mats. 17. If bowling with a member from outside your household then each member should provide their own jack. Whoever leads uses their own jack. 18. The club house will be open at the following times: I. 1830 – 2200 Mon-Wed II. 1730 – 2230 Thurs III. 1730 – 0000 Fri IV. 11:30 – 0000 Sat V. 12:00 – 2300 Sun Outside these times no facilities will be available. 19. There will be spot checks to check that these conditions are being adhered to. 20. If any of these conditions are seen to be broken then the greens will be closed with immediate effect. 21. If any bowler breaks these conditions they will face disciplinary action from the committee, which will be fully supported by the bowls committee.
